For anyone who admires our beautiful oceans, lakes and streams, and understands the importance of protecting the wondrous creatures that live there. The second colour palette was developed from photos taken at scenic Jericho Beach in Vancouver, BC. The colours and textures were pulled from the barnacles, lichen and seaweed that were growing on rocks near the ocean. Blue Gourami was inspired by my passion for fish keeping and is dedicated to my son, Michael.
